Impresoft’s new solution unifies data, knowledge, and business processes in a single secure and governed AI environment. Reductions of up to 60% in internal search time, 40% in analysis time, and 30% in onboarding time. Official preview at AI Week Milan, 19–20 May 2026.
Impresoft, Italy’s leading IT company, announces the launch of Amaltia, the proprietary AI suite that integrates into a single Private AI platform all the components needed to develop, govern and scale artificial intelligence within organisations. The solution is being officially previewed at AI Week 2026, taking place in Milan on 19 and 20 May.
In adopting artificial intelligence, companies today face a complex landscape: proliferating vertical solutions, rising costs, data exposure risks, lack of governance, and uncontrolled use of public LLM engines. Added to this is the difficulty of sustaining cultural change and adequate training programmes, with the concrete risk of limited ROI. Amaltia was created to address these challenges with an integrated approach, placing the company — not the tool — at the centre of the AI strategy.
Amaltia is a Private AI platform that unifies heterogeneous data sources — Excel, databases, PDFs, images, etc. — in a secure proprietary environment, hosted on a dedicated private cloud. The solution decouples its data sources from LLM engines, allowing the company to retain its information assets as an exclusive proprietary resource, integrating them with the latest generation of language models without exposing data externally. Thanks to the Amaltia Flow component, organisations can independently design, test and publish their own AI tools, with role-specific responses that maximise relevance and effectiveness across every business function. Amaltia has been verticalised to provide concrete answers to business challenges; an initial solution has been released in the e-commerce sector and is already delivering tangible results for major operators.
Results from the first field projects confirm a concrete and measurable competitive advantage: a 40% reduction in analysis time, 30% reduction in personnel onboarding time and 60% reduction in time spent on internal searches. Amaltia is already operational across scenarios spanning the main business functions: in-store sales and conversational search for retail and eCommerce, conversational business intelligence and executive assistant for top management, multichannel customer care, knowledge management, HR, IT reliability, contract management and procurement. Among the key case studies, several luxury fashion brands already use Amaltia as a company brain spanning four divisions: Digital, Marketing, Merchandising and Retail, enabling use cases ranging from automated multilingual content generation to product rendering.
“With Amaltia, we bring to market a clear vision of how AI should enter a company: integrated, secure, governed and truly at the service of people. We believe the competitive value of artificial intelligence lies not in multiplying vertical tools, but in an organisation’s ability to transform its own data into its true strategic asset. Amaltia is our concrete response to this need” states Alessandro Geraldi, CEO of Impresoft.
“Amaltia is not just technology: it is a method. We have built a structured adoption journey in four phases, from initial uncertainty to continuous iteration, that guides clients through the cultural change necessary to generate real ROI. The figures from our first projects demonstrate that this approach works, and that the combination of Private AI, governance and tailored training is what truly makes the difference” states Mauro Strada, Amaltia Product Owner at Impresoft.
